On the day to pickup the car, the front desk daddy told us the discount was not apply and is going to charge me more than double the price and 1-800 customer services person told me there were any discount and suggest us to rebook which requires two day booking advance. Are you kiding ?
I'm 6'3 and a rather big boned individual finding a car that is not claustrophobic can be a challenge. The car that we picked out was a little cramped for me but we choose it anyway for our rental. The day of our departure the young lady behind the counter offered us a better car as a free upgrade. It was a brand new 2016 Rav4 with a lot of room for me to feel comfortable. They gave me a car they new had a shimmy at high speeds knowing I was headed on a road trip. I had to exchange it halfway through the first day.
I've rented cars from different companies over the years but we have used Avis the most times for the service and attention to detail. Warm and inviting is the atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door.
The representative here is the most helpful and joyful person you can find. I have rented from Avis before but my experiences have been average. However, renting from here was just outstanding. Excellent service, keep up the great work.
